About us.
Before founding Denison Nunn, Jack and Tom worked alongside each other for a decade. Together they built and grew a market-leading reputation in the interim market.
From the outset they always shared the same values, work ethic and approach for their clients and candidates.
They have a deep understanding of the technical nuances that are required of interim executives in the modern day, along with what investors and their leadership teams need from their technology and transformation talent.
Meet the team
Jack has a decade of experience leading interim management and executive search teams across the UK and US. Prior to Denison Nunn, he was on the board of one of the largest technology recruitment firms in the UK, leading a team of 25 executive consultants globally. Prior to this, Jack worked in banking and trading at RBS. He is deeply experienced in advising Private Equity funds, CEOs and leadership teams with their key transformational leadership requirements.
Tom has a decade of experience exclusively in the Interim Technology Leadership space across the UK and Europe. This has resulted in Tom being in involved in over 300 appointments since 2016, across Private Equity-Backed and Enterprise Clients. Tom prides himself on providing proven interims that drive the next stage of value creation, along with supporting these individuals in building their teams to deliver successful transformations.
Karen is an ACA-qualified accountant who trained at KPMG and has a wealth of experience leading finance teams across various industries. She has worked with high-profile private equity and venture capital-backed companies such as Atomico, Livingbridge and CVC, as well as recruitment firms catering to the PE space.
